Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ADALend, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. Continued use of ADALend following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Use of the Platform

You may use ADALend only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to manipulate markets, circumvent identity verification, use automated tools without prior written approval, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and two-factor authentication device. ADALend will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

All information provided during account registration must be accurate and current. Submitting false identity documents is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including the trading interface, logo, data feeds, written materials, and software — is the exclusive property of ADALend. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. ADALend does not provide investment advice. Past performance of any asset on the platform does not indicate future results, and you may lose all capital you deposit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADALend's liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the value of trading fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

ADALend integrates third-party payment processors, KYC providers, and blockchain infrastructure. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for disruptions or data handling practices of third-party services.

Security Obligations

ADALend employs industry-standard security measures including cold storage, encryption, and two-factor authentication. Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to risk. You accept that residual security risk exists when using any online financial platform.

Your Rights

You may close your ADALend account at any time by contacting support at info@adalend.finance. Upon verified request, your remaining balance will be returned to your linked payment method within 5 business days, subject to AML checks.

Changes to Terms

ADALend may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
