When you register on ADALend, we collect your full name, email address, date of birth, government-issued ID, and proof of address. This information is required by law to verify your identity before trading is permitted.
During normal platform use, we also collect transaction history, device identifiers, IP addresses, and session activity logs. This data is used to detect fraud, investigate disputes, and maintain the security of your account.
How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, send account notifications, and comply with KYC/AML regulations. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.
Cookies
ADALend uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session security. We also use analytical cookies to understand how users navigate the platform — this data is aggregated and cannot identify you individually.

We share identity data with our KYC verification provider and, where legally required, with financial regulators and law enforcement agencies. Payment processors receive only the transaction data necessary to complete your deposit or withdrawal.

All personal data stored by ADALend is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to user data within our organization is restricted to staff with a verified operational need.
Despite these protections, no internet transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and authentication device confidential.
Your Rights

We retain your account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by financial services regulations. Transaction records may be held for up to 7 years to satisfy tax reporting and AML audit requirements.
